For standard customized hardware (silkscreen logo & custom packaging), lead times are typically 10–15 business days. Full custom molds and tailored app software require approximately 20–30 days.

Q. What are your minimum order quantities (MOQ)?

We offer flexible MOQ policies: Sample units have no MOQ requirement. Custom silkscreen branding starts from 50 units, while full custom color packaging starts from 200 units.

Q. Are your EV chargers certified for global markets?

Yes. All EVDANCE products comply with rigorous international standards and hold authentic CE, FCC, RoHS, UKCA, CB, UL, ETL, and Energy Star certifications for seamless customs clearance.

Q. What warranty terms and technical support do you provide?
