Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing, installing, or using EVDANCE EV charging hardware and services.
01 Acceptance of Terms
By browsing, accessing, or purchasing products on evdances.com (referred to as "EVDANCE", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("Customer", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to all terms outlined in this agreement, you must discontinue the use of our services and products immediately.
02 Products, Specifications & Intended Use
EVDANCE manufactures smart AC/DC electric vehicle chargers, Type 2 charging cables, portable EVSEs, and power adapters designed strictly for compatible passenger and commercial electric vehicles.
- Compatibility: Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle on-board charger (OBC) compatibility (Single Phase 7.4kW vs. Three Phase 11kW/22kW) before operating.
- Product Images: Product finishes, dimensions, and specifications are described accurately to the highest standard; minor casing cosmetic revisions may occur due to technical iterations.
03 Pricing, Payment & International Orders
Prices displayed on the website are in USD/EUR unless otherwise specified. EVDANCE reserves the right to correct typographical errors or price inaccuracies prior to dispatch.
For cross-border shipments, import customs, local VAT, and duties outside our regional warehouse coverage are the sole responsibility of the importer/recipient unless DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is explicitly designated at checkout.
04 Professional Installation & Electrical Safety
EVDANCE accepts no liability for hardware damage, fire hazards, or electrical injuries resulting from improper home grid wiring, ungrounded outlets, or unauthorized hardware tampering.
05 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty
All genuine EVDANCE charging equipment carries a standard 1-Year Limited Warranty against internal electronics failures and manufacturing defects from the date of confirmed delivery.
Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal cosmetic cable wear, vehicle runover damage exceeding rated limits, water ingress caused by disassembled casings, or grid surges not mitigated by standard surge protectors.
06 Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, EVDANCE logotypes, industrial design patents, smart charging firmware, technical documentation, and graphic assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Shenzhen EVDANCE Technology Co., Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse-engineering, or commercial duplication is strictly prohibited.
07 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EVDANCE shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from vehicle downtime, grid outages, or improper third-party public charging infrastructure incompatibilities.
08 Governing Law & Legal Contact
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial and trade laws. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
