Engineered for American Garages, Driveways and Fleets
US charging runs on 240V split-phase power, NEMA receptacles and two vehicle connectors in transition. Our US-market line is configured around exactly that.
240V Level 2 on a NEMA 14-50P plug
Our US portable EV chargers plug into the NEMA 14-50 receptacle already found in many garages and RV sites, delivering up to 9.6 kW at 40A without a hard-wired install.
J1772 and NACS (SAE J3400)
New EVs are moving to the NACS port while a large installed base still uses J1772. We supply both connector versions, plus NACS-to-J1772 and NACS-to-CCS1 adapters.
Adjustable current for any circuit
The 40A EV-ACS4005T steps down to 16, 24 or 32A, and the 7kW portable EV charger EV-ACS3210T adjusts from 10A to 32A, so one charger matches the circuit your customer actually has.
Rated for real weather
IP65 to IP66 enclosures and an operating range of −30°C to +50°C (−22°F to 122°F) cover everything from northern winters to desert summers.
Listing matters in the US market
Many US retailers, utility rebate programs and electrical inspectors expect EV charging equipment to carry a listing from a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL), such as UL or Intertek ETL. Our EV-ACT5006T charging station is ETL listed; for other models, check the marks on each product card and ask us for the certificate file.
For home EV charging, workplace charging and fleet charging, share your project and we will match the charger to the site.
| Residential supply | 120/240V split-phase |
|---|---|
| Frequency | 60 Hz |
| Level 2 receptacle | NEMA 14-50 (also NEMA 6-50) |
| AC connector | SAE J1772 and NACS (SAE J3400) |
| DC connector | CCS1 and NACS |
| Product approval | NRTL listing (UL, ETL, CSA) often required by retailers, utilities and inspectors |
Charger current vs. circuit size
The NEC treats EV charging as a continuous load, so the circuit must be rated for at least 125% of the charger's output. This is how our adjustable settings map to common US breakers.
Reference only. Installations must follow local code and be checked by a licensed electrician. More in our portable EV charger safety guide.
| Charger setting | Minimum circuit | Power at 240V |
|---|---|---|
| 16A | 20A breaker | 3.8 kW |
| 24A | 30A breaker | 5.8 kW |
| 32A | 40A breaker | 7.7 kW |
| 40A | 50A breaker | 9.6 kW |
| 48A | 60A breaker | 11.5 kW |
